If Niece has to provide additional witnesses for clients there will be a $5 per person additional charge.

In addition please make sure that all signers/witnesses are present during the signing and have appropriate IDs that is not expired. Please do not sign documents without notary being present if so this could result in a reschedule of appointment or an additional cost up to $15 or more depending upon the type of document.

If you need to have a document printed out please let me know and if so it will be a 1$ extra charge per page that needs to be printed.
